Private events

Family functions, milestones and private parties

House-warmings, birthdays, anniversaries, naming ceremonies, funerals and family reunions. Usually a mix of things at once: relatives arriving from out of town who need airport pickups, a couple of vehicles moving elders between home and the venue, and guest cars that need parking somewhere the venue does not have space for.

Movement here is rarely a single trip. We plan it as a block of hours per vehicle so the cars stay with you through the event rather than leaving after one drop.

Weddings

The couple's car, guest transfers and family pickups

The largest and most sequenced of these. A wedding typically needs the couple's car, one or more larger vehicles running guests between hotel and venue, airport and station pickups for relatives travelling in, and valet parking at the venue itself.

Conferences, offsites, launches and visitor programmes

Shuttles running a loop between a hotel and a venue on a timetable, teams moved to an offsite in one vehicle instead of five cabs, and executive pickups for speakers or clients flying in for the day.

Recurring company travel and standing arrangements are handled on the corporate page rather than quoted event by event.

A film or photo shoot needing vehicles on location for a day. A pilgrimage circuit across three states. A group split across several vehicles with different pickup points and one arrival time. Guest cars are the part most events forget until the day. Where a venue's parking is tight or shared, our valet parking service takes vehicles at the entrance and returns them at the end, and it can be booked on its own or alongside the transport above.

    Usually two or three questions — the hours, the exact venues, how many people. This is where a plan stops being guesswork.

    Vehicles, hours and the total, itemised, with everything charged on top listed separately. Nothing is booked until you say so.

    One point of contact on the day
