Every fare on this site — per-kilometre outstation rates, fixed airport fares, local rental packages, or tour package prices — is calculated on standard assumptions: a typical route, no unusual waiting time, and no extra stops. Your actual fare can differ once we know your exact pickup and drop points, your date and time, any waiting time, tolls, parking, state permit charges, and driver allowance where applicable. We always confirm the final fare with you before you book — nothing is charged on the strength of a number shown on this website alone.

Distances and drive times are approximate

Distances shown for outstation routes (for example, Bengaluru to Coorg or Bengaluru to Munnar) and drive times shown for airport routes are typical figures for that route under normal traffic. Actual distance can vary slightly by the exact pickup point you give us, and drive time varies with traffic, weather, time of day, and road conditions — Bengaluru traffic in particular can add well beyond the "typical" range shown, especially around peak hours. Always build in extra buffer time for an airport trip or a flight connection.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed

Seeing a vehicle class or a fare on this website does not mean that vehicle is available for your specific date and time. Availability is confirmed only when we reply to your enquiry and confirm the booking — by WhatsApp message or phone call — with the vehicle, driver and fare specified. Until you receive that confirmation, treat any figure on this site as indicative only.

Tour packages and third-party hotels

Where a tour package includes a hotel, the hotel is booked with a third-party property, not operated by Amma Tours & Travels. That property's own check-in/check-out times, cancellation terms, and house rules apply to your stay, in addition to our own booking terms. We'll tell you the hotel category and confirm the booking before you travel, but we don't control that hotel's internal policies.

General accuracy of this website

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but website content — including fares, service descriptions and vehicle details — can go out of date between updates. If anything on this site looks inconsistent with what we tell you directly over WhatsApp or by phone, what we confirm directly with you for your specific booking takes priority.
