Accessibility Statement
Last updated
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or browsing with low vision or limited dexterity. This page sets out our commitment and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.
Our commitment
We build this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the widely-used standard for web accessibility, covering things like colour contrast, keyboard operability, readable text sizing, meaningful link text, and proper labelling for screen readers. This is an ongoing target we work towards across the whole site, not a one-time checkbox — new pages are built with these guidelines in mind, and we review existing pages as we update them.
What we've focused on
- Content is structured with proper headings, so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate by section rather than scrolling through everything.
- Text and background colours are chosen for sufficient contrast against our site's colour palette.
- Interactive elements — buttons, links, the WhatsApp and call links — are built to be reachable and usable by keyboard, not just by mouse or touch.
- Images carry descriptive alt text, so their content is available to screen reader users.
- The site avoids relying on colour alone to convey information (for example, on fare tables and status indicators).
Known limitations
No website is perfectly accessible at every point in time, and we don't claim full conformance on every page. If a third-party embed on this site — for example, a Google Maps view — isn't fully accessible, that's a limitation of the embedded tool rather than something we can fix directly, though we'll look for a more accessible alternative where one exists.
Reporting an accessibility barrier
If you come across any part of this site that's difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or assistive technology, or if text or contrast is hard to read, please tell us. We treat every report seriously and will look into it.
- WhatsApp or phone: +91 88672 65700, any time, 24 hours a day

When you report a barrier, it helps if you tell us which page you were on, what device and browser (or assistive technology) you were using, and what went wrong. We can't promise a fix by a fixed date, but we will look into every report and prioritise genuine barriers to access.
An accessible alternative, always
Whatever the state of this website at any given moment, you can always book a cab, ask about fares, or reach us the same way every customer does — by calling or messaging +91 88672 65700. The website is a convenience; it was never meant to be the only way in.
