These are Google's own cookies, set under Google's default configuration for Analytics 4 — we haven't customised their names or lifespans. You can see Google's current documentation on these cookies and how long each one is stored on Google's own site.
We do not currently set any strictly-necessary or essential cookies of our own, because this site doesn't have a login, shopping cart, or booking form — every enquiry goes through WhatsApp, which runs on its own domain and its own cookies, outside our control.
Why we use analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, how they found the site, and roughly how the site is performing on mobile versus desktop. This helps us fix pages that aren't working well and understand which routes and services people are actually asking about. Analytics data is aggregated — we use it to understand traffic patterns, not to identify you personally.
WhatsApp is a separate platform
The "Chat on WhatsApp" links and buttons on this site take you to WhatsApp — either the app on your phone or web.whatsapp.com — which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and runs entirely outside this website. Any cookies WhatsApp sets happen on WhatsApp's own platform, under Meta's cookie and privacy policies, not ours.
How to control or turn off cookies
You have a few ways to control analytics cookies:
- Browser settings. Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies, either for all sites or for this one specifically. Check your browser's privacy or settings menu — the exact steps vary by browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
- Google Analytics opt-out. Google publishes a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from collecting data on any site you visit, including this one.
- Private/incognito browsing. Browsing in a private window limits how long cookies persist after you close the browser, though it doesn't stop them being set during the session.
Turning off analytics cookies doesn't stop you from using this site or contacting us — the site's core content and our WhatsApp and phone contact details work exactly the same either way.
Changes to this policy
If we add a new analytics or marketing tool to this site in future, we'll update this page to reflect it before it goes live.
